Thank you for choosing JP Fly Co.! We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility & Time Frame
You may return items purchased from JP Fly Co. within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
All items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
2. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at info@jpflyco.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
Once your request is approved, we’ll send full return instructions.
3. Item Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in new, resale-ready condition. Items that show signs of use, are damaged, or are missing packaging may not qualify for a full refund.
4. Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

If you prefer an exchange or store credit, just let us know.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong item, defect, etc.).

JP Fly Co. is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, so please pack items carefully.
6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us right away at info@jpflyco.com.
We’ll make it right and cover all replacement shipping costs.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or customization. When applicable, these exclusions will be noted directly on the product page.
8. Exceptions & Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Policy changes will be posted on our website. Orders placed prior to updates will follow the policy active at the time of purchase.
