Thank you for shopping with JP Fly Co. We’re committed to getting your gear to you as quickly and reliably as possible.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
Canadian orders ship using Canada Post. U.S. orders ship using Canada Post, USPS, or partner carrier services depending on the destination and shipping option selected at checkout.
If you’re unsure about your address or have a special shipping request, please contact us at info@jpflyco.com before placing your order.
2. Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods, sales, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available.
3. Shipping Options & Rates
Canada Shipping
Shipping rates for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated transit time:
- Standard Shipping: 3–9 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
United States Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $30 USD.
For U.S. orders under $30 USD, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Estimated transit time:
- Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped, not when the order is placed.
4. Duties, Taxes & Customs
U.S. customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges that may apply once the shipment reaches the destination country.
These fees are not included in product pricing or shipping costs and are determined by local customs authorities.
That said, most fly orders under approximately $100 USD typically pass through without additional duties or import fees, though this cannot be guaranteed.
JP Fly Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5. Tracking Your Order
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped when tracking is available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
JP Fly Co. is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. If you need assistance, contact us at info@jpflyco.com and we’ll do our best to help.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
JP Fly Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.
